The BHH™ program is an intensive 12 week practical experience where you learn and apply effective strategies real time to create a healthier lifestyle. You gain confidence and knowledge to make positive changes that last. Plan on 1.5 – 3 hours per week depending on your level of participation.

You personalize your BHH™ program because we’re all at different places on our wellness journey. The group is a great support where we’re all creating healthier lifestyles, while each person focuses on what makes sense to them. Identifying what to work on is part of the process.
No problem! You can always watch a recording of the session to get caught up. If seats are available, you can also join one of the other session times offered.
YES! Participants have identified many advantages of taking the course online:
- Time Saving – Eliminates travel time and parking.
- Convenient – Attend from anywhere that has good high speed internet connection. Participants have attended from pool side, work, home, hotel rooms, coffee shops, and even mid-flight!
- Connecting with Others – Knowing we aren’t alone and spending time with likeminded people. When one participant shares their experience, others gain useful insights.
- Economical – In addition to peer support, you have access to your own wellness coach at a more cost conscious rate than 1-1 personal coaching.
