In my twenties, I started teaching aerobics part time while working full time.
During my 10 years working for the federal government, my job involved presenting, designing and delivering training programs, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, mediation and project management.
Those transferable skills continue to serve me well today in my wellness career.
I'm trained and certified as a nutrition and wellness coach, a group and personal fitness trainer and yoga instructor. Ongoing education keeps me current in all of these areas and is a priority and pleasure for me. I am both student and teacher.
