Q 1. What are the important categories in your life that contribute to your overall happiness and well being?

Q 2. How are you doing in each of those categories right now? Rank on a scale of 1 – 10 your level of satisfaction in each area as it stands today. 1 = not satisfied at all // 10 = very satisfied.

Q 3. What could you do to improve your level of satisfaction in each area?
