Go back to your Part 1 selfwork and choose ONE goal using the two following questions:
Q 1. What is the most important RIGHT NOW?
Q 2. What makes the most sense RIGHT NOW?
When you’re done, give a little WOOHOO! for taking the time to set yourself up for successful lifestyle design.
What type of goal have you chosen out of the 4 we talked about?
T1 I’m ADDING a behavior I’m not currently doing.
T2 I’m INCREASING an existing healthy behavior I want more of.
T3 I’m DECREASING an existing unhealthy behavior. I know what I’m going to do to fill the void.
T4 I’m ELIMINATING an existing unhealthy behavior. I know what I’m going to do to fill the void.
