Alicia Chartier, BHH™ Group Coaching

My main fear was that I wouldn’t succeed. Creating small goals made me successful.

These little successes helped motivate me and believe that I can make changes.

I wanted healthy habits so I can care for my son and be a better person. I was hoping for a jump start to get back on track before I returned to work.

I’m shy but was hoping that a group setting would encourage me.

It was helpful to know other people struggled and succeed with me so that made me keep going.

I enjoyed the little breakout sessions. It was a great opportunity to speak with others in the group and get feedback as well as provide others with suggestions. I also enjoyed the trackers, I found those really helpful.

I found Christina knowledgeable.

It’s important to learn how to create a habit in order to make change. I was struggling and this service helped me start learning how to do that.
