Dianne Gilhuly, BHH™ Group Coaching

My name is Dianne and I am 66 years young – I don’t mind aging but I won’t grow “old”.

I signed up for Christina’s program and got motivated.

I now have a personal trainer working with me on core, flexibility and strength for 3 one hour sessions weekly. I am committed (paid in full) until Jan 2017 and I already know that I will continue after that.

In the area of nutrition, I finally gave in and saw a Naturopathic MD that had been suggested months previously. I was eating a healthy diet and avoided junk foods for the most part. Imagine my surprise when food sensitivity testing showed that I was eating foods that were wrong for me.

12 weeks of BHH has totally turned me around – NO! It wasn’t easy, not at all, but anything worthwhile doing is very seldom easy.

I knew that I needed to be doing more than 1 hour of Pilates a week but I was procrastinating.

I’m the type of person who doesn’t do well when I work on my own – I need to be responsible to a coach or a team for showing up and this is what BHH offered.

Using the right language to set a doable goal and then reporting weekly on my progress or lack of progress really got me on the right track. Hearing others struggled as well and having Christina gently but firmly coaching us was an invaluable experience.

I have taken some big steps that resulted in positive changes that otherwise I may have never discovered.
