I wasn’t sure what the program was going to be all about. I wanted to build healthy habits for myself now and in the future.
Through this 12 week program, I came into the realization that I don’t have to do everything all at once.
It is acceptable to take thoughts and ideas in small doses and slowly build on them until a habit is formed. I was able to learn this by participating with people who were having the same struggles as I was.
Christina was able to bring us together, give us a focus for the week and spark ideas.
I want to continue this process because “I did it today and I did it for ME!”
